Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 October 2026

These terms describe the conditions for using Dianelee.com.au (the “Site”), published under the name Dianelee.com.au. They are subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Using the Site

You may read the Site, link to its pages and use its information for lawful purposes. Reproduction permissions are described in our Legal Notice.

You must not:

  • Attempt unauthorised access to the Site, accounts or associated systems.
  • Introduce malicious software or deliberately disrupt access or operation.
  • Copy or redistribute substantial content without permission or another lawful basis.
  • Submit spam, impersonate another person or publish unlawful material.
  • Use a form or comment feature to expose another person’s private information without a lawful basis.

2. Editorial information

Articles provide general information and do not account for every reader’s circumstances. They are not a quotation, offer to sell a vehicle or a guarantee of availability, performance or ownership cost.

Confirm purchase details with the relevant manufacturer, dealer or service provider. Our Disclaimer explains the limits of research-based guides and comparisons.

3. Intellectual property

Original material and third-party assets remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. The permission to quote brief original excerpts does not grant permission to reuse third-party images or other protected assets.

For republication or other permission requests, follow the process in our Legal Notice. Uses permitted by applicable copyright law remain unaffected.

4. Comments and submissions

If a comment feature is available, you are responsible for what you submit and for having the necessary rights. By submitting a comment for public display, you give the publisher a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display it and perform reasonable formatting and moderation associated with that display.

We may decline or remove comments that are spam, off-topic, abusive, unlawful, misleading or disclose private information. Publication of a comment is not endorsement of its contents. You may request removal through our Contact page.

Private contact messages are handled under our Privacy Policy and are not automatically licensed for public publication.

The Site may include third-party links, advertisements, embedded content or disclosed affiliate links. Those providers control their own offers and services. Check their prices, conditions, privacy practices and suitability before dealing with them.

Commercial transactions with third parties are governed by the terms between you and the provider. Our Editorial and Publication Policy describes commercial disclosure standards.

6. Availability and accuracy

We may update, move or remove content and features. Access can be affected by maintenance, technical faults or other interruptions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or that every item is complete, current or suitable for a particular purpose. Report errors through our Contact page.

7. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on general editorial information or interruption to the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Any limitation above operates only to the extent lawful.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling, cookies and privacy requests. Acceptance of website terms does not replace consent that is separately required for optional processing.

9. Changes and disputes

Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Updates apply to future use, subject to applicable law; they do not remove rights that have already arisen.

Raise concerns through our Contact page so the matter can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms prevents you from approaching a regulator or court with jurisdiction, or exercising rights available under applicable law.

10. Contact

Contact Dianelee.com.au through our Contact page for questions about these terms. Identify your message as a terms or legal enquiry and include the relevant page URL where appropriate.
