Continue reading...If you are a regular reader of my blog, you’ll know that I have become very disenchanted with my job of late. This comes down to a number of issues, namely: a poor change management process; a new manager who I find difficult – nay impossible! – to work with; and a loss of my higher duties allowance (decided by said new manager).
